A Key Concept of the LOA (Law of Attraction), discussed in the book “The
Vision of HabakkuK. The Law of Attraction in the Holy Bible” is the requirement
of every human being to have a vision for his or her own life. Having a vision
for one’s life is the same as saying ‘having a purpose for one’s life’. It does
not matter much if your purpose or vision of your self and your life is small or
big. What matters is that you know what is your purpose and for what reason
you get out of bed in the morning. For one thing, a person who sleeps late does
so because of missing the excitement of a compelling reason to get out of bed.
Imagine the president of the U.S. – sleeping late every morning. LOL.
No way. He has so many problems to crack and many big visionary plans to
implement. The main reason he was elected to office was his BIG VISION for the
nation.
Do you think that the queen of daytime talk shows sleeps late every
morning, waiting for the other girls on “the view” to start airing their show?
No. She has her big show production plans for herself. She sees her projects in
her mind’s eye before she goes to bed to sleep. (That is, if she ever gets some
sleep…). The director/producer of Titanic and Avatar is always inspired by a
BIG VISION before he makes epic movies. LOA stands also for the Law of
Abundance. The film producer knows the principle: Law of Attraction = Law of
Abundance. His films allegedly grossed over $8 billion worldwide.
Caution: If you have no vision for yourself, you may die early at a young age.
As the wise man of Proverbs said: “Where there is no vision people perish”.
(Proverbs 29:18).
The mystical teacher, HabakkuK taught us how to get inspired and have a new
vision for ourselves. His advice: Go on a high mountain or climb to the top of a
tower and watch the scenery around you. Look around. Before you know it, you
will get inspired and your mind will be flooded with high-flying ideas. You will
want to sing for no reason. You will pull out your cell phone and call you best
friend or Mom to share with them your excitement triggered by the magnificent
view. Wow. (It’s the view again, stupid…).
Do as HabakkuK instructed: “I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the
tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer.”
(HabakkuK 2:1).
You cannot return down to solid ground from the sky deck of the Sears Tower
(oops, Willis Tower), in Chicago or from the St Louis Gateway Arch without
absorbing an astounding view and experiencing an inspiring vision. Once a vision
has sparked in you mind, it will live inside you for the rest of your life. If it is a
compelling vision, it will nag you to act on it. The vision will get closer to you
before you know it.
What is your vision? Now share with us if you wish what you think.
