This entry is part 4 of 4 in the series HabakkuK's introduction

In this post, we continue to explore Habakkuk’s practice of the Law of Attraction.

HabakkuK was a mystic and a master of meditation and contemplation. When a
new idea hit him, he took first action – he put his idea in writing. He used clay
tablets to write on:”Write the vision and make it plain upon tables, that he may run
that readeth it.” (Haba. 2:2).

Put your ideas in writing initially, because ideas are like slippery eels. Ideas
smoothly slither from the hand through the fingers and slip and fall back into the
pond. Ideas sink in the pond of the unconscious and disappear. The only way to
hold a firm grip on an idea is to write it down!

The second important reason to write down an idea, intent or a wish is to give it
lasting firmness in your mind.

A written intent or wish is etched in the mind of the writer after the psychological
mechanisms of the mind are set in motion to seek out opportunities to manifest
and materialize it. This hunting process is controlled day and night by the brain’s
reticular activating system. Writing requires active motor participation of the
nerves, tendons and muscles of the hand. The activity of writing creates a state of
permanence in the mind because it involves the neuro-motor system in addition
to pure thinking. The intention or wish are now outside the brain and extend into
the hands. (Just like playing golf). The Law of Attraction is now transformed into
motored action – real movement. At the end, the intent or wish manifests. It
manifests. It has no choice but to manifest for you.

Writing is the first phase of manifestation after thinking, as HabakkuK tells us.
However, the written words must be plain and clear to read and understand. The
contents must also be plain and clear – easy to read from the written medium (clay
tablets, parchment, paper or the i-pad). How easy should it be to read? As easy
and quick as a runner can dash.

To sum it up: in the first phase, you are inspired by idea, intent, or a wish. In the
second phase, you write it down in a journal or notebook.

An in-depth explanation on importance of writing an intent or wish is found in

the book “The Vision of HabakkuK. The Law of Attraction in the Holy Bible”.

Next, try wish-list writing.

This is when the first outer action is ignited to bring about the desired
manifestation. Take a spiral notebook or a journal. Sit in a quiet place, and start
writing down your wish list. Write down all your wildest and unrealistic wishes
that cross your mind. Do not let up before you invested an hour on it. Have at
least forty wishes or more on your list. Wait two or three days and try wish-
listing again. Before you know it, you will find that all day long and in your sleep,
unexpected opportunities will come your way to answer your wishes and meet
your expectations.

Be open to those opportunities. Act on them. Some may seem odd. So what?
Either you want what you asked for or you are afraid of what is manifesting at your
request. If you feel unprepared for receiving what you asked for, then wait. Other
and better opportunities will appear.

Solomon the shrewd author of Proverbs wrote: “For surely there is an end; and
thine expectation shall not be cut off.” (Prov. 23:18). This means that your
expectation cannot be cut off. It must come to fruition.

Expect positive results – be a winner.

Now, you are invited to share with us your thoughts.
